Product Development
Send us your tech pack or any other assets your designers have prepared and we will determine which of our manufacturing partners can best meet your requirements.
Sample development
Trying to make a new product? A development sample will help determine the viability of the product and identify any potential production problems to nip them in the bud. We can adjust sizing or other changes to the pattern in subsequent samples, and ensure any decoration or fabric handfeel is what you expect it to be. We can also try variations—maybe you’d like two samples to determine which of two fabrics is better for the product.
If your product is already finalized and you’re ready for a bulk order, a pre-production sample will ensure that we understand your requirements and will complete the bulk order to your specifications. If you need the pre-production sample of marketing or other purposes before the bulk order arrives, that’s fine too.
In the sampling process, we will determine the best materials and methods to use to maximize production efficiency and ensure your bulk order will stay within budget. The garment experts on our team are ready to advise you. For example, moving a decoration can make sewing the garment easier, or there may be a more cost-efficient or readily available fabric that achieves the same look you’re aiming at.
Product considerations
Send us your tech pack or any other assets your designers have prepared and we will determine which of our manufacturing partners can best meet your requirements. We can discuss pricing, turnaround time, and other order details, and get a sample made to ensure you’re confident in moving forward with a bulk order.

Fabric
Even for a garment as simple as a t-shirt, there are a wide variety of fabrics that can be used for different purposes, brands, and budgets. Do you want an eco-friendly organic cotton jersey, or an athletic moisture-wicking synthetic?

Pattern
We can help refine a pattern and can provide full size runs to ensure that your product will fit all your customers just right. Our experience working with a wide variety of international brands means we can make any pattern for any kind of customer.

Construction
How will the garment be sewn? Flatlock stitching is common for athletic wear, for example. These kinds of details can be explicated to ensure the finished garment is as close as possible to the product design.

Sustainability
If sustainability is one of the themes of your brand, the product design process is the perfect time to explore options. Eco-friendly fabrics and decoration processes can help solidify your commitment to preserving the environment.

Decoration
The sampling process can help determine how a mock-up looks when it’s made into a real garment. Adjustments can be made so that the final version looks like it’s meant to.

Trims
The right trims can elevate a garment. Whether it’s a branded zipper pull or a woven patch for a vintage feel, we can source trims from the best suppliers to strengthen your brand identity.
